  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and shipped. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

  • The only exception to our final sale policy is for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

  • To be eligible for a refund due to a damaged or defective item, you MUST provide a continuous, uncut, and clear parcel-opening video (an "unboxing video").

  • The video must clearly show:

    1. The undamaged exterior of the sealed parcel with the shipping label visible.

    2. The entire process of opening the parcel without cuts or edits.

    3. The damage or defect to the item immediately upon removal from the packaging.

Claims without a valid unboxing video will be denied.

3-Day Claim Window

  • You must notify us of any damage or defect and submit your claim (including the mandatory unboxing video) within 3 calendar days of the delivery date (as confirmed by the shipping carrier).

  • To open a claim, please email us at [Your Support Email Address] with your Order Number and the Unboxing Video attached.

Denial of Claims

  • We will not be responsible for any damage claims reported more than 3 days after the delivery date.

  • We reserve the right to deny any refund claim that does not strictly adhere to the mandatory unboxing video requirement and the 3-day window.

๐Ÿ’ธ Refund Process (If Approved)

  • Once your damage claim is received, we will inspect the provided video and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (3-5) days.
