Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown during checkout.

Once the product is handed over to the courier, delivery responsibility lies with the logistics partner.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

• Delivery to the pincode is not serviceable

Full refunds (if applicable) will be processed for cancelled orders.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for:

• Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags and packaging must be intact

Direct refunds are not offered unless the item is unavailable after pickup and inspection.

• Previous COD attempts were rejected

Repeated non-acceptance of COD orders may lead to blocking of future COD orders.
